# Landible

> Landible is a land stewardship and site planning practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2012, it has helped owners of public and private land get the front end of a project right, before plans, budgets, and commitments are locked in.

Landible advises owners at the front end of a project, where the cost and value of the work are set. The practice works as a collective, bringing the right specialists onto each project instead of carrying fixed overhead.

## What Landible does
- Site planning: knowing what a site can and cannot support before money goes into design.
- Land as asset: planning land for the value it holds in year ten, not just year one.
- Front-end judgment: finding where site, cost, and regulation collide early, before they turn into overruns and delays.

## About the founder
- Mary Muszynski is a California licensed landscape architect and a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
- She has led public park, streetscape, and civic space projects for fifteen years.
- At Francisco Park in San Francisco, Mary led the planting concept to a hyperlocal native palette, one front-end decision that strengthened the place, lowered cost, and amplified native species.
